By making payment, you understand that you have 14 calendar days from the date of payment to cancel and request a refund.

After 14 calendar days from payment, your place on the programme is confirmed and the payment becomes non-refundable.

Refund requests must be made in writing by email to admissions@rwsauk.uk.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Once payment is made for Real World Sales Foundations, you have 14 calendar days from the date of payment to cancel and request a refund.

To cancel and request a refund, you must contact us in writing by email within 14 calendar days of making payment. Refund requests must be emailed to admissions@rwsauk.uk.

If your cancellation request is received within 14 calendar days of payment, your payment will be refunded. After 14 calendar days from payment, your place on the programme is confirmed and the payment becomes non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your written cancellation request.

If you access any paid training sessions, learner materials, coaching support, support group access or programme resources during the 14-day refund period, any refund may be reduced to reflect the online service already provided.
